How do paintball grenades work?

Is there a diagram I can see of the steps of an exploding paintball grenade? Are they one time use? Can you refill with paintballs or anything like that? How do they operate and explode?

The paint is in the tubing under pressure…when you throw it, it dislodges the ball or band holding in the pressure…once released the paint is expelled out by the internal force…

Im planning to start a paintball arena in my area and wondering what the cost of getting the gear would be.

I would say about $18,000. for good guns and gear!

This video is to help disprove the myth of “frozen / freezing paintballs”. Easily one of the biggest fears that new players have is that someone is going to freeze paintballs and try to hurt people.

Freezing paintballs makes them MORE brittle & less accurate.
