Travis of Social Paintball gives us a tutorial on how to shoot paintball videos with Digital SLR cameras (DSLR). We use Canon for their extra shooting modes over Nikon. He’ll go over the Canon 5D Mark II and the 7D bodies, plus lenses. One of the challenges of using a DSLR is the manual focusing needed and the depth of field. Stay tuned for part 2.

Presented by Social Paintball. This is Episode 1 of Behind the Red: The Russian Legion Documentary. This is the story of the Russian Legion (Boston Red Legion) of 2010 as they come off of a 2009 World Cup victory and start the 2010 PSP season. We follow them from beginning to end.
Episode 1 follows the team in Moscow as they get ready to fly from Russia to the United States to compete at PSP Phoenix. We see them train, their facilities, and get to see some of the things no one has ever seen before.
This is the story of the Russian Legion….

In this first episode, we visit local Tampa Bay design shop, Kohn Sports. They
show us the gear they make on-site, including jerseys, headbands, etc., and a
before-and-after paintball marker lasering. As an extra bonus, we get a sneak peek
at a top-secret custom Bob Long marker.

This young man was on the move when he accidentally shoots himself in the groin (nuts) causing one of the most epic nut shots ever during a paintball tournament held in Florida.
No paintballers were injured in the making of this video. LMAO!

The Social paintball team flies out to California to help produce a viral video for Guerrilla Air, a paintball manufacturer. This was filmed on location at Hollywood Sports Paintball Park in California. Professional paintball team , Dynasty, participated. A professional stuntman / freerunner was brought on to assist with stunts.
Watch for the bloopers at the end.
