Frozen Paintballs
Mar 12th
This video is to help disprove the myth of “frozen / freezing paintballs”. Easily one of the biggest fears that new players have is that someone is going to freeze paintballs and try to hurt people.
Freezing paintballs makes them MORE brittle & less accurate.

What are the pros and cons of electric and gas powered paintball guns? Which do you recommend?
Mar 10th
Hey there. I am really trying to choose wisely on what kind of paintball gun I am going to buy. I just wanted to know which one is better in quality and performance. Do you know of any good paintball sites where I can buy any pb markers and gear? Thank you.
Ok let me help. You have a lot of things to sort out here.
All paintball gear runs off of some type of propellant (air). The most common is CO2. There is also HPA which is compressed air. It is cleaner and is needed on higher level guns.
The electronic guns that you’re seeing still need one of these air systems. The electronic part of it is the trigger. Instead of a mechanical trigger where you physically pull the trigger which releases the hammer, in an electric marker you pull the trigger which works a solenoid or pneumatics…no matter what you have you still need some type of air.
To get started I would recommend to you maybe a Tippmann 98 Custom or a Spyder Pilot ACS. Both are solid markers that are pretty easy to use and work on and clean. They’re pretty solid markers.
As far as online purchasing….I would suggest

Before you go buying stuff however, might I suggest a couple other websites to you so you can get some info about what it is that you’re buying.
http://www.pbreview.com/ before you buy anything check it out here first and see what other players are saying about it
http://www.warpig.com/ LOTS of info here. Huge knowledge base about most everything.
I hope this helps a little bit. Good luck.

What is the best and most affordable pump paintball marker?
Mar 6th
I am looking for a pump paintball marker but I need a affordable, durable, and good one any help?
Well, none of them are exactly affordable. The cheapest would be used ones, like any pump made by Sheridan, Kingman Hammers if you can find them, PMI Mavericks. Autocockers are pretty popular as pumps, as they can be converted from a semi to a pump just by switching their front block with a pump handle assembly (like a 2-in-1 gun). All except the Autocockers can be found for less than a $100, while Autococker prices vary, depending on the make & model.
But for new ones, Azodin has the cheapest, the Kaos pump for $150. It’s not the best but it’s got some good reviews. Worth the price, definitely.
The next up are CCI Phantoms, which start in the $200 range. Base models are actually stock class, which means there’s a small tube on top that only holds about 10 paintballs, and the gun uses co2 cartridges. But they can be converted to use hoppers & normal tanks, just need to purchase those parts when ordering.
Check-It Products is releasing their line of pumps soon for $350, although that means there aren’t any reviews for it yet.
Then there’s the high ends, like $500+. CCM, Sanchez Machine, etc. Perfect pumps but definitely leave your wallet hurting.
Many pumps, especially the $350 & up ones, are majorly based off the Autococker design.
