positions to avoid in BMX biking?
Feb 28th
okay so i am doing a physics project on BMX biking….
and what are some positions to avoid when bmx biking so that one can reduce strees on their body?
and…. use for any trick ( any exampel of a trick) how would one position their arms, legs etc, to create teh highest jump, fartherse leap, just the most power, teh most efficent way to go about teh trick… any example is apreciated!!!
thank! *bow* bow*
Well the most likely position to emit strain on the rest of the body is the strong attack position. This is where the rider is stood up, knees bent and stif, arched back and arms bent and locked out from moving. This is used when wanting to pull a bunny hop, the rider would then just pull up with his locked arms and lift his legs up but keeping them on the pedals. To create the furthest jump the rider will be wanting to lean a bit more forward so his arms are going straight down to the bars, because his weight is mostly forward when he does a bunny hop he will go further forward. To get a pretty far jump the rider will be going a lot more faster and will pull up more with his arms to get that front end higher than the rear. To get the most power the rider will be stood up, arms a tiny bit bent and all his weight on his legs, when he pedals the momentum on his legs will get the bike up more speed and also he can push down on his bars and lift back up, that’s called pumping and is very useful to get that bit more speed when pedalling will be risky. The most efficient way to approach a trick is the attack position, arms bent, legs bent and a slightly arched back. This gives the rider full control of the bike and he just needs to shift his weight if he wants to attempt a spin or flip.
Hope this helps dude
How to empty a paintball compressed air tank without putting it into the gun and firing?
Feb 28th
I have a 3000psi compressed air paintball tank and I have to empty the remaining air, however is there any other way to release the air without actually placing it into the paintball gun and firing it?
Remove the ASA from your gun. Screw the ASA on the tank(Only the asa!) and all the air will come out.
It may be a tad loud though.

I’m starting to get into bmx biking and i wanted to know what type i should get. I’m interested in doing dirt jumping and also do tricks just on the streets in my neighborhood. Is there a bike that can do both of thoughs? and how easy is it to break a bmx bike. Also how much will it cost to get a nice bmx bike and were can i find one??
Thanks
I used to be very good at riding streets.
Get one of these:
Fit.co
Fbm
Don’t buy any of those harro or other supposebly "bmx bikes" their very heavy and not real bmx bikes just something for lil kids who think that cool.
I forgot a lot of other good names but searech yahoo for fbm and fit and you should get to a site that has a big choise or real bmx bikes.
A good bike is gona start from 450 and up
My friends had bikes that valued well over a 1000
Because sooner or later you gona switch parts for better and lighter ones
Good luck, hope this helps… oh ye there is no difference in dirt and street other than tires and on real street bikes are fully brakles and iin dirt they have a back brake
How do i start up a paintball team?
Feb 26th
i have some friends that are willing to play paintball (btw im a girl) and we were thinking about starting a paintball team because were in love with it. its soo much fun. so does anyone have any tips on how we can do that or anything related to girls & paintball teams?
To be honest its a lot easier to join established teams to see how things work but if your adamant you want to create your own team this is what to do.
Everyone on your team needs to have enough money to practice every two weeks, there is nothing more frustrating than having people pull out due to lack of funds.
Get in touch with local sites that have sup air and ask how much it would cost for your team to train there, if they know your a team you will have reduced rates and cost far less. once your there you can ask the site owner to put you in touch with teams of a similar level.
Because your girls you gotta be prepared to get some stick from some people as they think girls cant play. Just ignore them and show them how good you are.
Equipment
If you wanna look like a proper team matching kit is always good.
Goggles- Dye i3′s and Dye i4′s are both amazing masks that ive previously used or a cheap alternative that’s just as good V-force Profilers.
HPA- a hpa tank is very important and rather than getting a cheap steel one wait some time and get a carbon fiber one its much better trust me. Look at Ninja tanks there amazing.
Hopper- If your in a Budget get the invert too its amazing for the price. If you’ve got some money to spend definitely consider the Dye Rotor The Empire Prophecy and the Pinokio all of them are fantastic hoppers.
Marker- Id suggest the Proto PMR 09 i say 09 because they didn’t rele change the 10, or the New Etek 3 looks like a good solid marker.
Also consider The G3 , vibe, PM8 , Azodin Blitz
Pants & Jerseys- as long as they match you will be good but you cant go wrong with the usual companies like Dye, Proto, Planet Eclipse. All there gear is top class.
Pack- For packs i never really look to anyone else but NXE they make the best packs around for a good price, but most major companies make their own.
You must be organized! if you want people to take you seriously be organized get there early, show people you are egar to play.
When talking to people be polite , it gets you a long way trust me. If you lose don’t shout and scream just walk off, no one likes bad sportsmanship.
Lastly the name, now don’t go pick a stupid random silly name cause if its silly people wont take you seriously. Look at all the top teams they’ve got serious names. Just think when they call your team over by Tannoy is Anal but munchers gonna sound that great? Pick something short simple and t the point.
Hope this helps
